One of Fulham's Most Historic Houses for Sale for over £3 Million

300 year-old Dwight House belonged to owners of Fulham Pottery

Dwight House in Burlington Road is a unique Grade II listed Georgian house which was built around 1720 for the Dwight family, who were owners of the famous Fulham Pottery.

Fulham Pottery was founded by John Dwight in 1672, and became a noted manufacturer of salt glaze pottery. The ony remaining part of the pottery, its kiln still sits close to the house at the junction of Burlington Road and New Kings Road.

The semi-detached house has three reception rooms, six bedrooms and bathrooms, plus basement, garden and garage.

Agent Strutt and Parker, which is selling Dwight House for £3,250,000, says "This wonderful house has been beautifully restored to maximise both light and storage as well as the historic nature of the building."
