Another Price Drop for Fulham's Most Expensive Home

Amazing penthouse now available at just under £24 million

Fulham's most expensive property has dropped its price again.

The riverside penthouse in Imperial Wharf has now been for sale for 18 months. After originally going on the market for an astonishing £32 million, it reduced its price a year ago to £27 million.

Now having spent a year languishing without a buyer, the penthouse could be yours for £23,995,000.

The property, in Lensbury Avenue, consists of two linked penthouses, between them offering three reception rooms, eight bedrooms - seven of them ensuite - a cinema room and three huge terraces, among other things.

Covering over 10,000 sq ft and arranged over three floors, the properties comprise three spacious reception rooms, two kitchens with state-of-the-art integrated appliances and dining space, formal dining room, two utility rooms, two exceptional master suites with ample fitted storage and fabulous en suite bathrooms, study, two guest cloakrooms, seven further spacious bedrooms six of which have en suites, shower room and sun room.

These rare properties also feature numerous balconies and large terraces, one of which benefits from a summer house with unrivalled river views.

Guy Evans, Fulham sales manager, adds: " These two linked penthouses offer an expanse of living and entertaining space, beautifully presented throughout with state-of-the-art integrated appliances and feature breathtaking panoramic views over the Thames and London from an incredible roof terrace and numerous balconies.

"The sheer size of this property, covering 10,000 sq ft over three floors, certainly adds to its appeal – it’s very rare to find an apartment with this square footage in London, let alone Fulham!"

Even after two reductions, the price tag of just under £24 million still means the penthouse is by far the most expensive property ever sold in Fulham.

But if your budget doesn't stretch that far, you could always snap up just one of the two linked penthouses, which has four bedrooms and is available for £11,500,000.
