Fun for the whole family in Parsons Green on Saturday

The Lady Margaret School Summer Garden Party is back this Saturday, June 20 between 11 am and 3pm.

This much-loved event, which is open to the local community as well as school parents and pupils was postponed for a year in 2014 while the school underwent a building expansion programme.

Visitors can enjoy a refreshing glass of Pimms, strawberries and cream and traditional BBQ fare whilst browsing the plant, book or bottle tombola stalls as well as the many gift stalls, run by outside and often local companies, who sell a range of items including jewellery and crafts.

Homemade cakes and produce will also be sold and there is the opportunity to snap up a bargain at the vintage clothing stall which sells clothes and accessories that haven’t lost their wow factor.

There is lots of fun too for youngsters with a children’s and teddy tombola, traditional fairground games and face painting.

Admission to the Fair is £1 or 50p for concessions and everyone is welcome.
