Lady Margaret School Celebrates 100% A level Pass Rate


With 14 girls achieving A* or A grades in all subjects

Staff and pupils at Lady Margaret School in Parsons Green are celebrating another set of outstanding A Level results.

Headteacher Salley E White says: " Students and staff are celebrating a 100% pass rate in all A level Examinations taken this summer. 14 girls have achieved A* or A grades in all their subjects.

" Charlotte Chiew achieved A* grades in Economics, History, Mathematics and Further Mathematics and is going to study Economics at the London School of Economics.

" Josie Durley gained A* in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and a grade A in Further Mathematics. She is going to study Mathematics at Warwick.

" Sarah Apsey gained A* grades in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics and a grade A in Further Mathematics. She is going to study Bio-Chemistry at Bristol.

" Nisha Soni achieved A grades in Biology Chemistry and Mathematics and is going to study Medicine at St Georges.

" Kirsten Nimmo has a place to study Medicine at Bristol University.

" Katherine Awit who achieved A* in English Literature, A in Spanish and B in History of Art is going to study Spanish and Italian at Bristol.

" Belinda Wickes gained A* grades in Physics and Mathematics and
an A grade in Physics and is going to study Mathematics at Birmingham.

" Tamsin Jones who gained A* in Biology and Mathematics and a grade A in Chemistry, is going to Bath to study Biology.

" Imogen Kendall is going to study Physics at Durham, having achieved A* grades in Physics and Mathematics and A grades in Chemistry and Further Mathematics.

" Sonia Raheja, who achieved A* in History and Mathematics and an A grade in English Literature has a deferred place at Oxford to read History in September 2015.

" 11 girls gained A* in Fine Art, many of whom are going on to take Art Foundation courses."

This is the second year in a row the girls's school has achieve a 100% pass rate. You can read about last year's results here.
