Wisteria Pruning Workshop

Learn how to prune wisteria in this practical, hands-on workshop led by Head Gardener, Lucy Hart.

Practice on Fulham Palace's famous wisteria in the Walled Garden and Lucy will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to get the most out of your own wisteria.

Thu 7 February, 3pm-4pm - Meet the Restoration Project Site Manager

Join specialist heritage Site Manager Steve Bevan (from Sykes and Son Ltd) for a talk and Q&A about the latest updates on our Restoration Project and what has been changing at the Palace.

2019 is a transformational year for Fulham Palace, as the eagerly anticipated restoration will be completed by the spring. Every month, learn from Steve what has been happening onsite. He will offer the latest updates on the site works and any architectural features uncovered along the way.

Free - no booking required. This event takes place in the Tudor Courtyard.

These talks may occasionally provide the opportunity to view interior spaces where construction is taking place. Please wear appropriate clothing and suitable footwear if you wish to participate.

 

Sat 16 February, 1pm-2pm - ‘Dig The History’ Revealed: Feasts, Fruit, Flowers and Foliage

Join the pottery, bone and plaster specialists as they discuss the fascinating results of last October’s Community Dig.

Free; no booking necessary.N.B. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This event takes place at the Jessie Mylne Education Centre

Thu 21 February, 12pm-3pm - Family Fun Day : Brilliant Bricks


See first-hand the amazing work being done by our skilled craftspeople as part of the restoration project. Get up-close and hands on with our traditional Tudor bricks and bonding, have a go at bricklaying and participate in lots more 'constructive' activities in the February half term.

Free. Suitable for ages 3+. N.B. Children must be accompanied by an adult

Fulham Palace's redevelopment project is coming to a close, so these history tours are likely to be slightly different to our usual tours, including some special glimpses of the Palace as the building works come to competition. Find out more on your tour from knowledgeable guides!

Palace Explorers â?

These fun and creative facilitated sessions are geared specifically to 2-4 year olds and their adults.

Booking is essential. Book here for the spring term, beginning 25 and 26 February, priced £30.50

Tickets are also available for individual sessions on a first come, first served basis. The cost is £5 per child, which includes a drink and healthy snack. Accompanying adults and babies are free.
