Woman Dies in Fulham flat Fire
Blaze takes hold in first floor flat on Burnfoot Avenue
A woman has died in a fire in a Fulham flat this Tuesday night (6 February).
The blaze took hold in a first floor flat on Burnfoot Avenue. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two fire engines and 14 firefighters and officers were called to a fire with the first units on the scene at around 6.41pm. The fire was under control less than an hour later.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and Metropolitan Police Service.
