Man Arrested for Murder After Body Found in Chelsea Flat

A 47-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the death of another man in a flat off Fulham Road close to the border of Fulham and Chelsea.

The body was found at the address on St Mark’s Grove, SW10 at around 6.50pm on Monday, 17 February.

Paramedics had found an unresponsive man suffering from head injuries who they pronounced dead at the scene.

The next of kin of the 54-year-old man have been informed and a post-mortem examination will be scheduled in due course.

The arrested man remains in custody at a central London police station.

Detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime South (Homicide) are investigating, led by DCI Simon Harding.
