Learn to make alternatives to milk with nuts and seeds . Come and be inspired by raw food expert, Nadia Brydon, to make your own alternatives to dairy products. These alternative ‘milks’ can be used in hot drinks, cooking and baking, on muesli, for sauces, deserts and even on your hair and body!

Rocking West Ken, walk guide Simon Rodway

The Famous Three Kings pub on North End Road had a fabulous 1970s. It was known as the Nashville, hosting country music before ending up as the Sex Pistols’ living room. This walking 
tour celebrates the Nashville as well as other aspects of West Ken’s music past, from U2 to Thin Lizzy to Edward Elgar.

The Sorcerer’s Apprentice

Royal Opera House Live: Guillaume Tell 
The final opera of Rossini, Guillaume Tell, laid the foundations for the French Grande Opera, the style that essentially dominated the operatic European stages of the mid-19th century. With the theme of liberty, the score is among the most incredible and awe-inspiring the composer ever created, and as directed by the young Damiano Michieletto, is as fascinating as its original performance.
