Carluccio's the fast-growing Italian restaurant and food business looks set to open up on the Chiswick High Road. A notice outside the former Burger King restaurant states that the company is applying for a licence to serve food and beverages up to 12 midnight, seven days a week.
A spokesperson for Carluccio's told ChiswickW4.com "With regards to the proposed site in Chiswick, unfortunately we cannot confirm anything at this time. Until an official exchange process has taken place, we cannot say what will happen."
Carluccio's Managing Director, Simon Kossoff said "We are serious about real Italian food and serious about training. We look for enthusiastic, hard working people with a passion for Italian food who thrive on working in a busy environment to become members of our staff."
"As the number of our Carluccio’s Caffés and food shops continues to grow, so does our focus on providing consistently excellent food and service to our customers. We do our best to create a memorable experience in a happy bustling environment."
