'Naughtiest Dog' Evie Is Best In Show At Chiswick House Dog Show
Rainy weather failed to dampen the spirit of locals and their pets at the popular event
The inclement weather failed to dampen the spirits of those who turned up for the Circus -Themed Annual Dog Show at Chiswick House. The Best in Show was won by Evie, winner of the Naughtiest Dog category, who is pictured above with her owner Lauren.

From the Wellie-tastic fleet of volunteers and vendors who braved the torrents of rain to set-up, to all the doggies and their humans who participated, competed, and performed it was a fun-filled family day out.
The crowds were entertained with a FLYBALL Demonstration by the Womballs Flyball Club as well as giving a chance to have–a-go at performing.
ALL dogs had a chance to beat-the-clock in the DOGGY DASH sponsored by the DOGS TRUST. Sadly, the planned Dogs Trust Re-Homing Parade had to be abandoned because of the heavy rain earlier in the day.
There were 16 categories for our 4 legged friends plus 2 for dogs with their humans which included Best Young Handler --won by Mia and her dog Breeze-- and the Egg & Spoon Challenge --won by the SpongeBob Team—and Fancy Dress Dogs & Adults won by recurring talent, The Canine Cannonball, of Debbie Kingston’s Fox terriers.
Announcer Gill Thomas kept the crowd engaged and entertained,
while the plethora of food and drink for humans and canines made sure
it was a fun and satisfying day for all.
The Dog Show was free for all to visit and all funds made from this event
go directly to the running and upkeep of Chiswick House’s beautiful gardens.

The Chiswick House Dog Show is organised entirely by volunteers in association with Chiswick House Friends, to raise money towards the upkeep of Chiswick House Gardens including dog-walking-related facilities, in conjunction with Chiswick House Gardens Trust.
