Two men who reside in Clayponds Gardens have been charged with stabbing a man to death.

32-year-old Wesley Angel and 23-year-old Nathan Angel appeared in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 30 June charged with the murder of Karamjeet Singh Reel and possession of a bladed article.

Both men were arrested by detectives on 28 June.

A third man aged 25 was arrested on Wednesday, 29 June on suspicion of conspiracy to murder – he remains in custody.

31-year-old Karamjeet was found with stab wounds outside the Moon Over Water, a Wetherspoons pub on Staines Road Hounslow at 12.30pm on Saturday 25 June.

Despite the efforts of paramedics he was pronounced dead at the scene.

A special post-mortem examination took place at Uxbridge Mortuary on Saturday, 25 June and gave his cause of death as a stab wound.

His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

Detective Chief Inspector James Shirley, from the Met's Specialist Crime Command, said, “Our investigation continues into the events that led to Karamjeet’s murder. We still need to speak to anyone who was in the area of Staines Road in Hounslow in the early hours of Saturday, 25 June and witnessed anything that may be of relevance.

“I would ask anyone with information, no matter how insignificant you think it may be, to get in contact with my officers – it could prove to be a crucial piece of the wider picture that enables us to identify whoever is responsible.”

Anyone with information or any witnesses yet to speak with police is asked to call 101 or tweet @MetCC with the reference 189/25JUN.
