Pensioner is in a critical condition being hit by car on Saturday evening
Detectives are appealing for information and witnesses after a pensioner was left critically injured following a collision with a car.
Police were called at 5.40pm on Saturday (November 24), to a car in collision with a pedestrian in Colliers Wood High Street at the junction with Briscoe Road.
A 76-year-old man was taken by ambulance to a south London hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries. There has been no arrest.
Officers from the Roads and Transport Policing Command continue to investigate.
