Four other prisoners arrested on suspicion of murder

A prisoner at HMP Wormwood Scrubs in Shepherd’s Bush has died from stab wounds.

A murder investigation has been launched after the man in his twenties was found. Emergency services were called to the scene at 3.19pm on Wednesday, 31 January. The inmate was pronounced dead at the scene.

Although he has not been formally identified his next of kin have been informed.

Four men in their early twenties, all prisoners at HMP Wormwood Scrubs, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
