Former surgery has permission for nine luxury fats and two offices
The disused building on the corner of Goldhawk Road and Hammersmith Grove is to be auctioned this month, with a guide price of £3.9 million.
The building, at 95 Goldhawk Road was formerly a doctor's surgery and is described by Savills Auctions as: " Located on a prime corner site in a highly desirable and convenient location. A detached former surgery premises and land totalling approximately 5,409 sq ft, having planning permission for the erection of nine luxury flats and two ground floor offices totalling approximately 12,260 sq ft - Vacant."
An application made by The Nichols Agency Limited Executive Pension Scheme to redevelop the site was approved by H&F Council in 2013. You can read the application and supporting documents here.
The illustration above shows the intended redevelopment. However, the development did not go ahead and the site is now among the lots at Savills' next auction, taking place on 9 May.
