Free tickets to see a 'pointless' show
Pointless. Hosted by Alexander Armstrong.
In Pointless the aim is to score as few points as possible.
Every question (e.g. name a Tom Cruise movie) has already been put to 100 people before the show. So we know which are the most popular answers and which are the least popular.
In the studio, contestants must try to give the answers the fewest people would have given, thereby scoring as few points as possible.
And if they can really search their knowledge for the most obscure facts, they might even come up with an answer that nobody gave... a pointless answer!
Five couples are eliminated one by one - the highest scorers leave at the end of each round - until just one lucky couple makes it to the End Game. Then, to win the Jackpot, all they need to do is come up with one final pointless answer.
