Tony Hennessy

Tony Hennessy, of Henchman Street, has lived in the ward for over ten years, is a former councillor, and has continued his interest in helping people by his involvement as a Trustee of H&F Age Concern, Chair of Governors of a Primary School, and deputy chairman of Life Education Centres West London.

Tony organised the Brook Green Fair for over twenty years, an annual event enjoyed by young and old alike.

Elaine Chumnery

Elaine Chumnery has lived in the Borough all of her life. She has a 7-year-old daughter called Ella and they live in College Park & Old Oak Ward. Elaine sits on the board of her housing association, is a member of her local residents' association and was a parent governor for over 2 years.

She has worked for Kensington and Chelsea Council for the past 7 years, working in the area of family and children’s social services, adults with learning disabilities and community safety.

Dinti Batstone

A former Liberal Democrat local councillor, Dinti lives in Hammersmith with her family. She has been active in many Lib Dem campaigns, including the campaign against Heathrow expansion, and stood as No. 3 on the Liberal Democrat European Parliament list for London in the Euro election.

Dinti grew up in Asia and came to the UK as a teenager. She read Social and Political Sciences at Cambridge University and has an MBA from INSEAD business school in France.

Mark Higton

Mark Higton has lived in Braybrook Street since 2005, and runs a small
consultancy firm. He is an avid climber, and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, and this has led him to deal with a wide ariety of individuals and cultures.

A keen sportsman and a former member of the Thames Valley Harriers, Mark seeks to improve the facilities and
opportunities available to the young, and give them access to a healthy and varied lifestyle.

Wesley Harcourt

Wesley Harcourt has lived in the Borough for 24 years. He has been a Councillor for College Park & Old Oak Ward since 1994 and he was previously Chair of the Planning Applications Committee when Labour controlled the Council. Wesley now leads the Labour Group on environmental issues.

He is a full-time manager of the London team of a national charity that provides support to legal advice agencies. He is a Director of Old Oak
Housing Association and the local CAB. He is Chair of Governors at the Good Shepherd RC Primary School and is Vice Chair of Governors at Phoenix High School.

He enjoys spending time growing vegetables on his allotment. Wesley is a Tottenham Hotspur supporter and enjoys photography and walking holidays.
