Wesley Harcourt (Labour)

Wesley Harcourt has lived in the Borough for 24 years. He has been a Councillor for College Park & Old Oak Ward since 1994 and he was previously Chair of the Planning Applications Committee when Labour controlled the Council. Wesley now leads the Labour Group on environmental issues.

He is a full-time manager of the London team of a national charity that provides support to legal advice agencies. He is a Director of Old Oak Housing Association and the local CAB. He is Chair of Governors at the Good Shepherd RC Primary School and is Vice Chair of Governors at Phoenix High School.

He enjoys spending time growing vegetables on his allotment. Wesley is a Tottenham Hotspur supporter and enjoys photography and walking holidays.

Elaine Chumnery (Labour)

Elaine Chumnery has lived in the Borough all of her life. She has a daughter called Ella and they live in College Park & Old Oak Ward. Elaine sits on the board of her housing association, is a member of her local residents' association and was a parent governor for over 2 years.

She works for Kensington and Chelsea Council in the area of family and children's social services, adults with learning disabilities and community safety.
