Win Your Own Pop-up Eaterie at Westfield

Centre joins Tapas Revolution's Omar to run competition for budding food entrepreneurs

Westfield is inviting budding food entrepreneurs to enter a competition to win a pop-up eaterie in the Shepherd's Bush centre.

Westfield has teamed up with Tapas Revolution's chef and founder Omar Allibhoy, pictured above, to launch a nationwide competition searching for the next best food entrepreneur.

The winner will receive their own space in the newly-opened expansion of Westfield London, where 90 new shops, cafes, restaurants and entertainment destinations will open across the course of the year.

The winner will also receive 20 hours of mentoring from Omar Allibhoy and the Tapas Revolution team.

The shortlisted budding food entrepreneurs will present and cook in front of an expert panel for the chance to win a residency at the Westfield Pop-Up Kitchen.

Joining Omar on the judging panel will be Bloomberg's Chief Food Critic, Richard Vines, London Evening Standard's Consumer Business Editor, Jonathan Prynn and Founder of School of Wok, Jeremy Pang.

The competition is open for entries from both future entrepreneurs and those already trading until 31 May, and you can find out more and enter here.
