Like our reformer-based classes, Dynamic Mat Pilates delivers an intense, effective full-body workout.

The exercises can be tailored to suit different levels of ability and fitness, making the technique suitable for absolute beginner and Pilates faithful alike while the continuous flow and pace provides heart and lung conditioning – unlike traditional Pilates.

For anyone used to traditional Pilates, Dynamic Mat Pilates makes a natural introduction to the TenPilates technique. And because it's floor-based, with only your own body weight for resistance, it's ideal for anyone with back problems.

Mon 10am, Tue 6pm, Wed 10am, 7pm, Thu 6pm, Fri 10am, Sat 11am, 12pm
