Council Publishes Guide to Summer Fun |
Activities across the borough for kids aged up to 19 Hammersmith and Fulham Council has produced a guide to schemes and activities on offer to young people across the borough. Thes include activities designed for under fives, five to 13 years and 13 plus at venues including children's centres, libraries and sporting venues. For the little ones there is a range of holiday play schemes and a football challenge run by QPR Football Club. The middle group have a choice of over 50 different courses run jointly by the council and Futureversity. The courses include everything from web design and movie making to street dance and music production. There are also many other sports and adventure schemes across the borough. The over 13s have an even wider choice with sports clubs, theatre school, a social pioneer academy for those with enterprising ideas, multi-media tasters, street dance, self defence, yoga, kayaking and cooking!
