This weekend, developer St James will unveil a new collection of apartments that will be available to first time buyers at 30% below market values.

The apartments, within Lime Grove Mews in Stowe Road, Shepherd's Bush, will be launched at a special showcase event on Saturday and Sunday, October1 and 2 at the K West Hotel & Spa, Richmond Way in London, W14 from 11am till 4pm.

The reduction in values is made possible by the Hammersmith and Fulham Council’s Discount Market Sale (DMS). DMS is a low cost home ownership product where a new build property is purchased at a discounted price, usually around 70% of the market value.

The apartments include what St James call city suites, which are studios, plus one and two bedrooms. Prices start from £220,500.

To qualify to buy one of these apartments, first time buyers must:

Earn a gross annual household income at the date of application, which does not exceed £64,000

Be a resident of, or employed within, the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham

Or have been formally offered and accepted employment within the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham
