Westfield Extension Gains More Top Stores Ahead of March Launch

John Lewis to be joined by fashion and beauty stores plus Japanese Food Hall

Westfield has announced a full list of new stores launching in Westfield London's extension when it opens in March.

With less than four months to go until the opening of the £600 million expansion, Westfield says Primark is the latest big name to sign up for space, joining a number of top beauty and fashion stores.

They are luxury beauty brand Space NK, innovative beauty store Urban Decay, lingerie retailer Bravissimo, men’s fashion brands Frencheye and Emperor, which is launching its first store in the uk and Chinese fashion brand Urbano Revivo - launching its first store outside Asia.

They will join Currys PC World, Japenese Food Hall Ichiba and, as we announced last month, boutique bowing venue All Star Lanes and of course the much anticipated new John Lewis department store, which includes a wine bar and two restaurants.

The department store, which is now recruiting staff, is expected to create around 600 local jobs and the other stores will create hundreds more.

Westfield says that its extension has also allowed some stores currently based in the existing centre to move to bigger spaces in the new extension, including H&M, adidas, Boots, Lush, The White Company, Monsoon, Guess, UGG and Cath Kidston.

The new extension, which has recently received planning permission will also include further restaurants and offices to be completed and opened ahead of the centre's tenth anniversary in 2018.

It also means the number of stores in the Shepherf' Bush centre will rise from 360 to 450.
