Supporting the launch of the Crucial Cafe

Last Thursday 10 September saw the official launch of the Crucial Café at the Hogarth Health Club in Chiswick. Sir Bob Geldof and partner Jeanne Marine were amongst those enjoying the new menu.

Hogarth Members, guests and special invitees met the Crucial team, including Founder Ruth Wood (a  qualified clinical nutritionist and Chiswick mum) whose passion for what is described as " really tasty  nutritionally  balanced food"  is a match made in heaven for health-seeking Hogarth members and anyone wanting GREAT food.  

Ruth is a clinical nutritionist with over fourteen years experience and is anxious to spread the word that eating healthily does not have to be boring.

Look out for the full story next week including  special guest Glen Matlock, formerly of the Sex Pistols’ rare acoustic performance, ‘Punk+’, an exhibition of photographs by internationally-renowned photographer, Sheila Rock and, of course, the new food and drink menu now available to Hogarth members AND non-members. 

The menu ranges from breakfast 'superbowls' to super smoothies and pressed juices, to lunch specials including hot bowls, wraps and raw salads- even the sweet treats are healthy.

The launch of the Crucial Café makes it so easy to enjoy healthy, delicious foods before or after a workout in a newly and elegantly designed cafe / bar lounge.

It is the combination of expert help, motivation and support in exercise, and nutrition that will help members achieve their optimal wellbeing.
