Hammersmith company Shoots and Leaves will donate £5 for each one purchased
If you have still haven't bought your Christmas tree, pop into a local park in Fulham or Hammersmith, pick up a Nordmann Fir and help to boost local churches and schools.
Hammersmith garden design company, Shoots and Leaves, based in Trussley Road, which has been supplying trees in our area for over 20 years, is donating £5 to nominated schools and churches for every tree sold.
The local sale sites in are on Eel Brook Common, Fulham (in near the new Miski Lebanese restaurant); Little Brook Green, Hammersmith (near Tesco) and at St Paul’s Church, Queen Caroline Street, W6.
As well as freshly cut and side-pruned non-drop Nordmann Fir Christmas trees, plain and decorated wreaths, bundles of spruce, holly, tree lights, barrels and stands are all available.
"We offer a competitive delivery service – usually on the same day – and we are the only local supplier operating in the borough all year round," says Hew Stevenson, who founded Shoots and Leaves and who ships in and says over 5,000 trees every year. "The trees are hand-picked, we walk around the fields and tag the best ones."

Primary schools benefiting including Addison, St Stephens, Sir John Betts and Brackenbury.
Both the Eel Brook Common and Little Brook Green sites are rented from Hammersmith & Fulham Council, which says revenue earned being used to maintain local parks.
Shoots and Leaves is also at Acton Park (on the Uxbridge Road side) and Cleveland Park in Ealing.
