The iconic buildings at 77 Fulham Palace Road, just south of Hammersmith Broadway, are up for sale for £69,500,000.
The owners, Nordea Property Investment have put the site, currently occupied by publisher Harper Collins, on the market through Jones Lang Lasalle.
The agent says that 77 Fulham Palace Road comprises a freehold site of three acres, with four self-contained office buildings. The properties were originally constructed in 1989/1990 (with Hamlet House constructed separately in 1996) and are arranged around courtyard areas with well-maintained landscaping,providing a high quality business environment.
The property has a total of 221 car parking spaces on site, with the basement car park area extending to two levels under Ophelia and Horatio Houses and also contains two squash courts and changing facilities.

Harper Collins is reportedly set to move to premises in the "Baby Shard", a smaller tower next to The Shard at London Bridge, where its parent company News Corp has rented space.
