To hear and discuss analysis of response to A&E closure plans

An event giving residents feedback on the NHS' Shaping a healthier future consultation about the future of hospitals in north west London takes place next week.

The event, on Wednesday, November 28, is being held at the Hilton Metropole Hotel, 225 Edgware Road, W2 1JU (opposite Edgware Road tube station), from 5.30pm – 7pm.

Market research company, Ipsos MORI, will present analysis of all the responses to the Shaping a healthier future consultation on the night, and there will also be a session for people to ask questions about the analysis.

Registration is from 5pm, and there is also a workshop from 7.30pm until 9pm, for public and patient representatives, clinicians and voluntary sector organisations working in groups to discuss the issues raised in the consultation.

A limited number of places are available for members of the public.

Anyone wishing to attend can register for both, or either, parts of the event here or call 0800 991 5209.

Local feelings about the plans, which involve closing A & E departments in Hammersmith and Fulham are running high, with two ongoing campaigns against the proposals.

Save Our Hospitals is run by a group of local people along with MP Andy Slaughter. You can find out more about the Save our Hospitals and offers your supports at the website  and follow it on twitter, hashtag #Saveourhospitals.
