Izabela Tarasinka was last seen on Tuesday boarding Hammersmith bound 220 bus

 

Police are making an urgent appeal for help finding Izabela Tarasinska, pictured above.

Izabela was last seen getting on a Hammersmith bound 220 bus at 10.30pm on Tuesday 4 June.

Police say she is missing from a west London hospital despite needing urgent treatment for a head injury.

Izabela, who is Polish, is known to frequent Shepherd's Bush and Westfield shopping centre.

She is likely to be wearing a black tracksuit and black cap.
