Appeal Made to Find Man Needing Urgent Medical Attention

Simon Wright was last seen outside Chelsea and Westminster Hospital

An appeal is being made to fund a missing 41-year-old Fulham man who has serious health issues.

Police in Hammersmith and Fulham want help in finding Simon Wright who was last seen on Sunday, 30 July at 10pm outside Chelsea and Westminster Hospital

He is described as a white male, 5ft 8ins tall, slim build with shoulder length brown hair normally tied back.

He was last seen wearing a green camouflage jacket and black tracksuit bottoms. His cannula still attached when he left hospital.

Simon has serious health issues which require medication and attention. Police are urgently appealing for information on his whereabouts. He is originally from Fulham.

He should not be approached by members of the public.
