Sarah Ferguson and daughter Princess Eugenie load up care packages for NHS staff

Princess Eugenie, along with her mother Sarah Ferguson, has been delivering boxes of food and other essentials to Hammersmith Hospital.

The 29-year-old royal shared images of the food boxes containing fresh fruit and vegetables on Instagram along with a picture of her and her husband Jack Brooksbank with NHS staff at the hospital on Du Cane Road, White City.

It is believed she brought the packages which also contained toiletries and cleaning products last Wednesday (1 April) and again the following Saturday.

She shared a message saying, 'I'm so happy to have been a part of getting fresh fruit and vegetables delivered to all those working on the front line of this pandemic.'

She thanked the NHS staff and added, 'And thank you to all those who are delivering the produce. You're all heroes.'

It had been reported last month that she was driven by her mother Sarah Ferguson, along with her sister Princess Eugenie to the hospital to deliver supplies. They are believed to be planning further drop offs at other hospital sites including Chelsea and Westminster.

According to the Daily Mail they were asked to help out by a friend who is a hospital consultant.
