Could You Foster a Child in 2018?

Potential carers invited to monthly information events

Could you become a foster carer?

Three local boroughs, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and Westminster City Council joined their adoption and fostering services in April 2012 to provide a dedicated service for adoption and fostering.

You can find out more by going along to one of the regular fostering information events taking place this autumn where you will have the opportunity to find out more about fostering in person from a social worker and/or a foster care.

The event will include a powerpoint presentation and therefore it is important to arrive at the schedule time. You will also have the opportunity to raise any questions you have with a social worker or foster care at the event.

The first fostering events of 2018 are as follows:

Information morning - Thursday 25 January from 10am - midday at Hammersmith Town Hall

Information evening - Thursday 22 February from 6pm - 8pm at Kensingon Town Hall

Information morning - Thursday 29 March from 10am - midday at 5 Strand, WC2.

To book a place at one of these events, you can register
online or call either 0800 169 or 020 8753 1057 for more information.
