Could You Foster a Child?

Potential carers invited to monthly information events

Could you become a foster carer?

Three local boroughs, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and Westminster City Council joined their adoption and fostering services in April 2012 to provide a dedicated service for adoption and fostering.

You can find out more by going along to one of the regular fostering information events taking place this autumn where you will have the opportunity to find out more about fostering in person from a social worker and/or a foster care.

The event will include a powerpoint presentation and therefore it is important to arrive at the schedule time. You will also have the opportunity to raise any questions you have with a social worker or foster care at the event.

The next fostering events are being held on:

Information evening - Thursday 14 September from 6p - 8pm at Kensington Town Hall, Hornton Street, W8

Information morning - Thursday 12 October from 10am - midday at Hammersmith Town Hall in King Street.

To book a place at one of these events, you can register
online or call either 0800 169 or 020 8753 1057 for more information.
