Join Free Fitness and Yoga Sessions across H&F in September

Outdoor activities include Yoga, Bootcamps, Run Clubs and Back to Exercise classes

Our Parks is a new initiative bringing free, group exercise classes, led by experienced, fully qualified and insured instructors, to parks across London in partnership with local councils, including Hammersmith and Fulham.

Activities in September include Yoga and Boot Camp sessions, gentle Back to Exercise and Run Clubs and all outdoor exercise sessions are for both women and men.

At Hammersmith's Brook Green, join a free Bootcamp, Yoga or Pilates session on Saturday mornings throughout the month, starting on this Saturday, 2 September.

At 9am, on 2, 9, 16 and 30 September, a Fitness Boot Camp class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercise, with interval and strength training.

At 9am on 23 September, Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture whilst shaping toning muscles. Please bring your own mat to session.

At 10am each Saturday, join a Yoga session to improve flexibility, strength, all round fitness, well-being and stress reduction. Please bring mats to this session and if you require a mat please contact the teacher through the private messaging function on the Our Parks website.

In Ravenscourt Park, Back to Exercise sessions are taking place every Monday at 10am on the basketball court. This is a low intensity gentle circuit class, fun and social for those who want to get back to exercise or are new to exercise.

In Fulham's South Park, every Tuesday at 7am, join a Yoga session to improve flexibility, strength, all round fitness, well-being and stress reduction. Please bring mats to this session and if you require a mat please contact the teacher through the private messaging function on the Our Parks website.

Also in South Park, each Wednesday at 7.30pm, there is a Run Club, a volunteer lead running group, which creates an environment for fellow Parkers to run together. Each run is 5K long with a 3K lap for those that want to run a shorter distance.

Also in Fulham, at the Tudor Rose Community Centre in Fulham Court, every Saturday at 10am, join a Yoga session to improve flexibility, strength, all round fitness, well-being and stress reduction. Please bring mats to this session and if you require a mat please contact the teacher through the private messaging function on the Our Parks website.

If you enoy running, Bishops Park hosts a Run Club on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm, a volunteer lead running group, which creates an environment for fellow Parkers to run together. Each run is 5K long with a 3K lap for those that want to run a shorter distance.
