With live entertainment, food, shopping and family fun this weekend
Europe's largest Eid Festival is returning to Westfield London in Shepherd's Bush this weekend, Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June, hosted by John Lewis & Partners and World Remit.
Last year's festival was the busiest event to date in Westfield Square and this year the free London Eid Festival is set to be even bigger.
With Ramadan coming to an end, thousands of people across the world are celebrating Eid, with a focus on gifts and family activities playing a major part in the festivities.
The London Eid Festival, taking place on Saturday from 11am till 8pm and Sunday from 12pm till 6pm, is expected to attract families from across the UK and Europe, with live entertainment on the main stage from Chand Ali Khan Qawwal & Party, Toukan food and the Voice of Peace choir.
There will also be food and shopping stalls, Nasheed workshop with Khaleel Muhammed, Tanoura Egyptian folk dance, henna and face painting and a cricket simulator sponsored by World Remit.
Many other activations will be taking place in the John Lewis & Partners store, including cookery demos with MasterChef winner Shelina Permalloo, pictured above, live calligraphy, and much more.
Ruth Scharvona, Partner and Head of Branch John Lewis & Partners White City says: "We're really looking forward to being part of this year's London Eid celebrations. There is always a great buzz around the shop in the run up to Eid and for the festival itself."
