Appeal for Witnesses to Sexual Assault on 72 Bus

Victim attacked on 31 July between Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush

Police investigating a sexual assault on a Route 72 bus in west London are appealing for the assistance of the public to trace a man they wish to speak to in connection with the investigation.

At around 4.45pm on Sunday, 31 July, the victim was travelling on a 72 bus from Hammersmith towards Shepherd's Bush when she was sexually assaulted by a man.

The suspect is described as black, aged around 35 years old and approximately 5ft 9in tall. He was wearing a baseball cap and camouflage-style jacket and trousers.
