Police ask for help tracing man wearing distinctive boater
Detectives in Hammersmith and Fulham are appealing for information following a serious assault at a pub in Hammersmith.
Police are also releasing a CCTV image of a man they want to trace in connection with the incident.
Police say they were called to the William Morris pub in King Street on Tuesday, 7 July after two men, aged 40 and 38, had been assaulted in the toilets at the venue.
A man entered the toilets at around 10.50pm and got into a brief verbal altercation with the men who were using the urinals.
He then punched the victims in the face before making off from the location.
The man is described as white, approximately 25-30 years, of medium build and was wearing a distinctive boater-style hat.
