Nathan Williams of Kelmscott Gardens will appear in court on Monday
Following an incident in Askew Road on Friday afternoon, Nathan Williams, 23, of Kelmscott Gardens in Shepherd's Bush has been charged with affray; threats to kill; possession of points and blades and threatening a person with an offensive weapon.
He will appear in custody at West London Magistrates' Court on Monday, November 17.
A man found with head injuries during the incident has now been discharged from hospital.
Police say they received a call at 3.18pm reporting an altercation involving a man armed with a knife and a hammer.
Williams, who police say was armed with a knife, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. A TASER was used during the arrest.
Police are not seeking anyone else in connection with this incident and say no officers were injured.
