Police arrest three men and a woman
Police have confirmed that man was fatally stabbed in Askew Road in Shepherd's Bush in the early hours of Wednesday June 9th.
Officers arrested four people this morning - three men and one woman - in connection with the investigation.
The identity of the 29 year old man is known to the police and his next of kin have been informed. He was taken to a West London Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
There have been unconfirmed reports of an altercation in the area prior to the stabbing
Many local people witnessed the aftermath of the incident. Our the ChiswickW4.com forum Alexandra Brown reported: "We live on Ashchurch Terrace and heard the sirens and helicopers overhead last night. The police are not giving much away at all other than there was a murder at around 1am this morning and that the area will be closed off for most of the day."
An incident room has been opened under DCI Howard Groves from the Homicide and Serious Crime Command.
