Team Areen in training
August 14, 2024
For the last ten years a crew from Areen, a local interior design company, has taken part in the annual Great River Race on the Thames.
This year is no exception with Team Areen in training for the event on Saturday 21 September.
The company’s crew who are based near the river at Eyot Gardens on the borders of Hammersmith and Chiswick, will once again be raising funds for CRASH, the construction industry's charity.
The crew says, “CRASH Charity's incredible work in providing vital assistance to homeless individuals resonates deeply with us. They're dedicated to transforming and improving buildings and spaces that support those in need.”
They are joining up with staff from architectural firm Pascal + Watson and have already been holding weekly training sessions.
The team has a fundraising target of £1000 and, at the time of writing, had raised a fifth of that. If you would like to support their efforts, click here.
