HF Arts Fest Offers Biggest Programme To Date from June 6

New events join old favourites in arts festival's third year

Hammersmith and Fulham's own arts festival is back in June, presenting its biggest programme to date in its third year.

Organisers say they are putting the finishing touches to the programme of HF ArtsFest and many of the wide variety of events are already online.

The ArtsFest, which runs from June 6 - 12 is sponsored by H&F Council and developer St George and showcases theatre, music, dance, film, art and literature from across the borough.

This year new events will be joining familiar favourites in a line-up offering something for people of all ages.

Some of the highlights include:

• Tales from the V&A Archive in Blythe Road, Kensington Olympia, on 6 June
• In Voice & Verse, Elizabeth to Elizabeth, a celebration of British history for the Queen's 90th birthday on 6 June at All Saints Church in Bishops Avenue, Fulham
• A Stage and Design Exhibition at LAMDA in Talgarth Road, Barons Court, on 9 June
• Free tickets to the opening night performance of Bugsy Malone on 11 June (terms and conditions apply, click here to find out more).
• A Cacophony of Sound and Music at Westfield, White City, on 11 and 12 June
• A showcase of songs from musical in development Mi Cubita Bella (My Beautiful Little Cuba) by Solid Rainbow at Fulham Palace Road, Hammersmith, on 10 June
• Picnic in the Park, to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday in Ravenscourt Park on 12 June, featuring performances, fun and games for all the family

" Representation from each strand of the arts in the borough is growing and the standard of the events on offer for the general public is quite staggering."
