A 50 year-old women was killed on Monday June 27 after her moped collided with a van at the junction of Talgarth Road and North End Road.

The women, who has not yet been identified, was believed to be crushed under the wheels of the white van and was pronounced dead at the scene around 1.30pm.

Hammersmith and Fulham Police confirm that at around 1.26pm, a moped and van were involved in a collision at the junction of North End Road and Talgarth Road, London W14.

Police also confirmed that the driver of the van was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
