The RHN needs walkers to trek from Putney Bridge to Henley

Possibly one of the most unique walking challenges of 2016, with the most beautiful scenery there is to help you along the way, the Thames Path Challenge is a 100km trek from Putney Bridge to Henley on 10 and 11 September.

With 5,000 participants due to take on this colossal distance, you can walk, jog or run to your destination, with stop off points, refreshments and medical assistance provided.

You can partake in the iconic full 100km - or the three quarter, 50km half or 25km quarter sections.

Registration fees start from £39-£69, the RHN suggest a minimum fundraising target of is £250 for the shorter routes, or £395 for the longer routes."
