North End Road Summer Festival This Sunday

Fulham’s popular North End Road Summer Festival is set to take over the high street on Sunday 12 July, transforming the area into a traffic-free celebration packed with live entertainment, street food and independent traders. The free event runs from 10am to 6pm, offering a full day of activities for families, shoppers and festival-goers.

Visitors can expect a lively mix of live bands, DJ sets, street theatre, and children’s workshops, alongside an extensive market stretching the length of North End Road.

Shoppers will find stalls selling arts, crafts, jewellery, vintage items, candles, home accessories, fashion and gifts, while food lovers can enjoy street food from around the world plus fresh produce from regular market traders.

The festival forms part of the council’s ongoing programme of traffic-free seasonal events, designed to support local businesses and revitalise high streets across the borough.

North End Road will be closed to traffic between Lillie Road and Dawes Road from 4am to 10pm. Diversions will be in place throughout the day.

Key access details include:

  • Resident vehicle access to side roads via Walham Grove and Dawes Road
  • No vehicle access to North End Road from Anselm Road, Armadale Road, Epirus Road, Eustace Road, Haldane Road, Halford Road, Racton Road, Tournay Road, Shorrolds Road or Sedlescombe Road
  • Seagrave Road and Ongar Road (junction with Lillie Road) will be resident access only
  • Stewards will manage access to and from Coomer Place
  • Haldane Road will operate as a two-way street from 4am to 10pm
  • An emergency gate on Ongar Road will remain open for access to Lillie Road
  • Bus routes 28, 306 and N28 will be diverted via Lillie Road and Dawes Road

Resident parking restrictions remain in place
