Plants for sale, gardening demonstrations, delicious cakes and so much more

Macmillan Plant Fair is organised by the Chiswick Committee of Macmillan Cancer Support and will be held on Thursday, May 13 2010 in Grove Park Road, Chiswick, with all proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Held in a lovely riverside garden, and home-made teas will be served overlooking the Thames, there will be a large range of plants for sale at bargain prices.

There will also be a huge range of the very latest gardening books for sale, along with delicious cakes, homemade sweets, jams and marmalades.

Planting demonstrations from TV gardener Gay Search

One of Britain’s most celebrated television gardeners, Gay Search will be joining us to give us some container planting demonstrations.

Gay is well known for her work with the late Geoff Hamilton, and for her groundbreaking series 'Front Gardens' on BBC2. We are looking forward to some top tips from her.
