Situated at the Putney Bridge End of Fulham Palace Road close to the river and the Fulham Palace itself, the Fulham Palace Garden Centre is an oasis of calm and tranquility providing everything an urban gardener could wish for. Our expert horticulturalists are on hand to offer help and guidance, and our shop is full of fabulous products for the home including luxurious giftware and a section for children. We also offer a delivery service so you don’t need to worry about transporting products home.
The Fulham Palace Garden Centre began in March 1985 with a young person, who’d been helped by youth charity Fairbridge, who wanted to set up a gardening business. It was first built and run by volunteers and in the early days, the idea was to provide work and training opportunities for young people. In order to compete with other garden centres and generate profits directly for the charity, the business was re-organised and re-developed, but has always retained the friendly, intimate atmosphere enjoyed by customers over the past 25 years. The garden centre is proud to donate all its profits to Fairbridge and we hope that this event will help to attract new customers and provide an excellent service to the community.
