Performing three plays by different authors until 13 October
Barons Court Theatre is welcoming the Impulse Company as its introduces students of its Year course in a two week repertory.
The Impulse Company, described as the UK's premier Meisner-rooted training school is presenting three different events to remember during the first two weeks of October.
They are Sheridan's seminal comedy The Rivals, which exposes the human condition with all its faults and glories in Impulse hands – we laugh at our own frailty and pretensions, not just the characters.
Tennessee Williams Cat on a Hot Tin Roof in Impulse hands becomes a powerful illustration of what happens when desire is unfulfilled.
And the Come 2nd takes a number of feminist texts and sprinkles them with the living truthfully magic. Impulse performances are truthful, alive, human and compelling.
Impulse Rep runs with plays By Different Authors until 13 October.
