Musical returns to theatre in new production after preview last year
Barons Court audiences had a brief preview of Jack & I (The Jack the Ripper Musical) last year, when it sold out, leaving everyone demanding more. Now it returns in a brand new production.
This Punchline Theatre production offers hilarious comedy, clever music, witty songs, unforgettable choreography, all illustrating a fascinating version of the legend. The Ripper would have laughed himself to death!
It's 1888, and Inspector Abberline is faced with the impossible task of satisfying his boss, the media, the public, his wife and his own peace of mind. And there’s an equally impossible killer on the loose. Most inconvenient. In the depravity of Victorian London, where nothing's as it seems, how do you find a needle in a haystack?
Scotland Yard never caught the Ripper but you can beat Scotland Yard by catching this Ripper yourself!
Jack & I, written by Daniel Henry Kaes continues at Barons Court Theatre, beneath the Curtains Up pub in Comeragh Road, continues until 1 July.
Tickets cost £10 - £14.
