Wendy Metcalf's play throws a spotlight on mental health issues
From March 1 till March 5, Barons Court Theatre hosts Demonologues written and directed by Wendy Metcalf.
Boxroom Theatre presents a series of dark, compelling monologues featuring a range of troubled characters:
a successful artist is haunted by his fear of death; a compulsive thinker is mesmerised by the smallest detail; a poverty-stricken poet tries a novel approach to supermarket shopping; an ‘ordinary guy’ reveals his extraordinary ‘hobby’.
Written with humour and a sense of mischief, Demonologues throws a spotlight on mental health issues and gives a voice to those who are different, disturbed, defiant, or unable to conform to the 'norm'.
PERFORMANCES: Tuesday – Saturday at 7.30 p.m.
ADMISSION PRICES: £12 (£10 Concessions)
BOX OFFICE: 020 8932 4747
