Last Chance to Give Your Views on Earls Court


Comments must reach council by Friday January 31

The Earls Earls Court Action Group is reminding people who wish to comment on plans to revelop Earls Court that they must do so by Friday, January 31.

This is the final deadline for a consultation with those living in the neigbouring boroughs Hammersmith and Fulham and Kensington and Chelsea being asked by their councils to comment on the planning applications.

On January 10, 2014 Hammersmith and Fulham Council said that detailed planning applications for the first phase of the Earl’s Court development had been received:

EC Properties Ltd has now submitted the first package of reserved matters applications for part of the Earl’s Court development located in both RBKC and LBHF. This follows the grant of outline planning permission on 14th November 2013 by both boroughs for RBKC Permission 1 (ref. PP/11/01937) and LBHF Permission 2 (ref. 2011/02001/OUT).

EC Properties Ltd has also submitted a separate, detailed planning application to both boroughs for an area of the Earl’s Court development, identified as ‘West Brompton Village’ (ref.2013/05201/FUL) together with a detailed planning application for an extension to the basement approved by RBKC, as part of outline permission 1.
