Speak Out on the Future of Earls Court

Local people invited to meetings over next three weeks

Capital and Counties, the company which owns Earls Court, are inviting local residents to visit a series of consultation events to discuss the possible redevelopment of the site.

This is particularly important for people living within the boundaries of Hammersmith and Fulham's Local Development Framework in North Fulham and West Kensington, including   the West Kensington estate and the Gibbs Green estate which between them include around 700 homes.

On its MyEarlsCourt website, the company says: " We believe that the regeneration area has the potential to provide thousands of new homes for local people addressing problems of affordability, to provide more properties for families as they grow and also to provide thousands of new jobs in the area.

"We are working with the other major landowners of the site, Transport for London and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, to investigate how the site can be developed in order to benefit the local community and provide a vibrant new part of London that attracts and retains talent, jobs and investment in the area."
