Volunteers Sought for Business Support Help Line

A new micro site and phone line dedicated to providing answers to West London businesses’ Covid-19 queries has been launched. It has been started by West London Business the non-profit business leadership forum for West London. The micro site includes a knowledge base that is updated daily, as well as access to events and answers to frequently asked questions. The helpline can be called Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm: 020 8607 2500 . They have already received over 1,500 calls.

With the support of the seven local councils across north-west London including Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith & Fulham as well as and other partners, WLB has launched the service to assist businesses in the sub-region find all the information and resources available as they navigate the crisis. Growing demand means WLB are seeking additional skilled volunteers to help ensure business leaders have all the information they need to make informed decisions at this testing time. Training and ongoing support is provided for all roles which can be carried out from home. All equipment will be provided.
